So I have a lot of spare copper tubing lying around now, which really makes me happy every time i walk past my collection of spare pieces. But, I figured I should probably continue to find ways to use it.
This week: copper napkin rings. Perfect timing for a special table decoration competition I have been invited to partake in! The classic metallic along with the modern way to use it really keeps me coming back for more.
So here's another simple DIY you can do in about 20 minutes.
Measure out how long you would like your napkin ring to be with tape measure (try wrapping it around your napkins for size). Use the tubing cutter to cut the copper tube and sand ends so they are smooth. Wrap around your napkins of choice.
If you wanted to have a flat tube with some texture, you could use a hammer to do so. That could be a fun way to let out some holiday stress.
